Josh Bowman

Administrator

Josh has been the Administrator at Bethel Manor for 5 years. Josh is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration and Gerontology. Josh stays active in the community through sitting on the board of directors for Student Christian Fellowship, a campus ministry to USI and UE, on the Advisory Boards for the Ivy Tech School of Health Professions and USI Center for Healthy Aging and Wellness.

Beth Cook

Beth Cook

Director of Nursing Services

Beth has been a registered nurse for 16 years. She has experience in long-term care and psych nursing. Beth has held prior positions in nursing leadership and facility education. Beth enjoys helping at her church and spending time with her husband and three children. Beth has been at Bethel Manor for 6 non-consecutive years.

Victoria Alcorn

Victoria Alcorn

Office Manager

Victoria graduated from the University of Southern Indiana  with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She has over 20 years of  finance experience and has held positions as controller and supervising staff accountant. Victoria loves traveling and taking extended weekend trips to the Smokey Mountains. Victoria has worked at Bethel Manor for 11 years.

Krista Hunt

Krista Hunt

Business Office Manager

Krista has nearly 35 years of medical billing experience. Krista has worked with Bethel Manor for the past 9 years performing long-term care business office duties and worked in hospital billing for 28 years prior to joining our team.  Krista is a graduate of Ivy Tech with an associates degree in medical office. Krista enjoys reading and doing cross word puzzles.

Amber Steffen

Amber Steffen

Care Coordinator

Amber is a licensed nurse that started at Bethel Manor as a charge nurse and later moved into her current role. Amber oversees and coordinates with residents and families regarding their plans of care. Amber spends her free time with her 2 year old son and working out at her gym.

Jamie Jones

Jamie Jones

Director of Social Services

Jamie has worked at Bethel Manor for 11 years. Prior to coming to Bethel, she worked as a Group Home Coordinator and Case Manager. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology. Jamie spends much of her time outside of work with her husband and two children.

Kristen Hobbs

Kristen Hobbs

Director of Dining Services

Kristen is a certified dietary manager and holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Florida Culinary Institute. She has worked in the food service industry for 12 years and held positions as Dietary Manager and Dietary Coordinator. Kristen has worked at Bethel Manor for 5 years. In her spare time, Kristen helps with her son’s soccer league and youth activities through her church.

Nancy Peerman

Nancy Peerman

Activities Director

Nancy has been an Activity Director for over 15 years, 8 of those years have been at Bethel Manor. Prior to coming to Bethel, Nancy led an activity department of 15 staff members serving over 200 residents. She is involved in the Indiana Activity Directors Association and takes a special interest in working with residents that suffer from Alzheimer’s disease. Nancy enjoys to garden, spend time with her grandchildren, and care for her dog, Alphie.

Brenda Blackwell

Staffing Coordinator

Brenda has worked with Bethel Manor for 30 years and held positions as Qualified Medication Aide, Scheduler, and Supply Coordinator. Brenda enjoys spending weekends camping with her family.
