Josh Bowman
Administrator
Josh has been the Administrator at Bethel Manor for 9 years. Josh is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration and Gerontology as well as a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Josh stays active in the healthcare community through sitting on the board of directors for LeadingAge Indiana, and the American College of Healthcare Administrators along with the Advisory Boards for SWIRCA and the USI College of Nursing and Health Professions .

Amber Steffen
Director of Nursing
Amber is a Registered Nurse and has worked at Bethel Manor for the past 8 years. She has held previous positions as Charge Nurse and MDS/Care Coordinator. Amber spends her free time with her family and working out at her gym.

Victoria Alcorn
Office Manager
Victoria graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She has over 20 years of finance experience and has held positions as controller and supervising staff accountant. Victoria loves traveling and taking extended weekend trips to the Smokey Mountains. Victoria has worked at Bethel Manor for 14 years.

Krista Hunt
Business Office Manager
Krista has nearly 35 years of medical billing experience. Krista has worked with Bethel Manor for the past 12 years performing long-term care business office duties and worked in hospital billing for 28 years prior to joining our team. Krista is a graduate of Ivy Tech with an associates degree in medical office. Krista enjoys reading and doing cross word puzzles.

Brenda Blackwell
Human Resources Coordinator
Brenda has worked with Bethel Manor for 33 years and held positions as Qualified Medication Aide, Scheduler, and Supply Coordinator. Brenda enjoys spending weekends camping with her family.

Jamie Jones
Director of Social Services
Jamie has worked at Bethel Manor for 14 years. Prior to coming to Bethel, she worked as a Group Home Coordinator and Case Manager. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology. Jamie spends much of her time outside of work with her two children.

Kristen Hobbs
Director of Dining Services
Kristen is a certified dietary manager and holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Florida Culinary Institute. She has worked in the food service industry for 12 years and held positions as Dietary Manager and Dietary Coordinator. Kristen has worked at Bethel Manor for years.
